We’ve stayed here before and once again had a really lovely stay. The location is great and especially convenient for visiting London, with easy access via the Woolwich Elizabeth line, which made getting around quick and stress-free. The place was spotlessly clean, cosy, and felt just as welcoming as the first time we visited. All the amenities were exactly as described and everything worked perfectly, which made the stay completely hassle-free. The jacuzzi bubble bath was a real highlight – such a nice touch and perfect for relaxing after a long day. Overall, it’s a comfortable, well-looked-after place that truly feels like a home away from home. We’d happily return again and would definitely recommend it to others

Not much to say ! The apartment was exactly like the photos it was cosy and it had a nice view to the railway with a lot of green in the view ! I gave it 5 out of 5 cause it felt like home

We enjoyed our stay. It was walkable from the station, food shops and restaurants. It had a king size bed upstairs which is hard to find and was local to my yoga workshop which was perfect.

After a 4 hr drive from wales october 10th it was lovely to walk in to such a homely, well decorated flat. Easy to find, all shops 2 doors away. Public transport in the doorstep. 15 minutes from Greenwich centre and 15 mins from o2 arena. 3 adults loved the flat and stayed for 2 nights, the beds were so comfortable, decor is as shown in the photos. The host is very responsive. The flat was equipped with what we needed for the weekend. A great base for sightseeing. We had no problem parking right outside. So quiet, couldnt here any traffic. A great weekend. We recommend this air b n b.

If you're traveling to Welling, I highly recommend Bob's place. It's an exceptional accommodation that perfectly matches the photos. The location is ideal—walking distance from the station and a five-minute walk to High Road, where you can find everything you need. Bob is exceptionally supportive and attentive; when we requested a late check-out, he kindly approved it without hesitation. The property is spotless, well-maintained, and situated in a beautiful area. I am thoroughly satisfied with both the place and the service. Experienced it myself—absolutely loved it! Highly, highly recommended.

The location was perfect for my partner and I, as it was just 7mins away from family/friends. It was also great that we stayed close to the Welling station (5 mins walk from the flat), it made our trips to Central London and out of London quite easy. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend to family and friends.

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, which made everything super easy. The location was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and all the essentials. The kids especially loved the second floor with the lights—it added a fun and cozy touch to the experience. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would stay again!
