The ground floor is designed with an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area, creating an ideal space for both relaxation and social interaction. This fluid layout encourages a seamless living experience. Ascending to the upper floor, you will encounter two tranquil double bedrooms. It is important to note that the second bedroom is a loft conversion accessible via steep stairs, which may pose a challenge for some guests. One of the standout features of this property is the front garden, which offers a serene view of a lush green park. This area serves as an idyllic setting for enjoying your morning coffee or indulging in a good book during the afternoon. However, do be aware that the vibrant neighborhood and the adjacent park might attract local youngsters, resulting in occasional noise. Situated in South East London, the house is conveniently located just a 10-minute bus ride from Abbey Wood station. From there, you can effortlessly access the Elizabeth Line and other train services, facilitating swift travel to central London in a mere 15 minutes. Additionally, there is a dedicated parking for our guests for 1 car and also free on street parking. To ensure a comfortable stay, we provide all essential amenities, including linen, towels, and toiletries. The living area is furnished with a cozy 3-seater leather sofa, a dining table, and a Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, such as an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, and all necessary cooking utensils to prepare your meals. The master bedroom boasts a double bed, a clothes rack with hangers, towels, and fresh linen. This room is further enhanced by underfloor heating, providing warmth during colder months. The loft bedroom is equipped with a futon double bed, a clothes rack with hangers, an LED light strip above the bed, towels, and fresh linen. An electric heater fan is available in this room to ensure a comfortable temperature. Please be mindful that the loft bedroom may not be suitable for individuals of taller stature. The bathroom includes a bathtub, toilet, and a selection of toiletries, such as travel-size shower gel, soap, and shampoo. Should you require additional toiletries during your stay, they can be conveniently purchased at the nearby Thamesmead Shopping Centre or near Abbey Wood station. Parking is straightforward, with a designated spot available for one vehicle, and additional free public parking on the street.

Other Details to Note

Please note that the wardrobe in the master bedroom is locked as we keep some personal belongings there. However, there is a clothes rack provided and drawers for your needs. After taking a shower, please remember to open the window for additional ventilation to avoid condensation on the ceiling.
