After a 4 hr drive from wales october 10th it was lovely to walk in to such a homely, well decorated flat. Easy to find, all shops 2 doors away. Public transport in the doorstep. 15 minutes from Greenwich centre and 15 mins from o2 arena. 3 adults loved the flat and stayed for 2 nights, the beds were so comfortable, decor is as shown in the photos. The host is very responsive. The flat was equipped with what we needed for the weekend. A great base for sightseeing. We had no problem parking right outside. So quiet, couldnt here any traffic. A great weekend. We recommend this air b n b.

If you're traveling to Welling, I highly recommend Bob's place. It's an exceptional accommodation that perfectly matches the photos. The location is ideal—walking distance from the station and a five-minute walk to High Road, where you can find everything you need. Bob is exceptionally supportive and attentive; when we requested a late check-out, he kindly approved it without hesitation. The property is spotless, well-maintained, and situated in a beautiful area. I am thoroughly satisfied with both the place and the service. Experienced it myself—absolutely loved it! Highly, highly recommended.

The location was perfect for my partner and I, as it was just 7mins away from family/friends. It was also great that we stayed close to the Welling station (5 mins walk from the flat), it made our trips to Central London and out of London quite easy. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend to family and friends.

For London prices, this was very worth the price - such a beautiful space to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city! In a quieter part of the wider Greenwich area, you are not far from the transport links to so many other parts of the city. We stayed here to be close to family but I would definitely choose to stay here even if that wasn’t the case! Massive Tesco nearby, plus a little high street and lots of yummy food places! Would recommend and plan to stay again! The hosts were extremely quick with their responses to any questions we had.

Mon séjour a été absolument parfait ! Le logement est encore mieux que sur les photos : propre, bien décoré et très confortable. Tout était pensé pour que l’on se sente comme chez soi. L’hôte a été extrêmement accueillant, réactif et attentionné, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de tout mais dans un quartier calme. Je recommande à 100 % et je reviendrai sans hésiter !

We had an excellent stay. The flat was immaculately clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the little touches made a big difference like extra towels and coffee supplies. The host communicated quickly and clearly and made check in effortless. The neighborhood is safe and walkable with plenty of dining options nearby. If you want a stress free trip with a great base, this is the place. We would book again.

The location is great, it is indeed a cute little place, and very comfortable! The communication from Bob was great. The place smelt like cigarette smoke, though I'm sure the hosts will be able to fix this for next time.

My family and I felt extremely at home at this apartment! It was so clean with all amenities intact! Host left detailed check in instructions and was responsive when we needed him! Definitely a great host! Highly recommend!

Bob’s accomodation was really comfortable easy to locate, had convenience stores located around for quick purchase of personal supplies. I would recommend to any and every traveller visiting the area. 5star rating. Kudos!

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, which made everything super easy. The location was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and all the essentials. The kids especially loved the second floor with the lights—it added a fun and cozy touch to the experience. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would stay again!
